Good value for DIY use
Nice tool to use, although limited to some wood cutting only at present, and handle is a nice touch as my old one didn't have that. Seems powerful for a small tool and adjustment is easy to do. Starts well
I started off with a £30 Lidl multiTool which lasted a few minutes. Hurriedly replaced it (I was half way through a job) with a B&Decker which cost £40-ish and lasted a couple of hours. I'm only DIY so use tools infrequently, but when I do use them I expect them to work. The Von Haus comes in a plastic case (which the others didn't) v. useful for transport & storage, sets of tools (like the others) and some spare brushes (I wonder why?) and some attachments to aid dust extraction (which the others didn't have). It also features a little light. So far - very good, and cheaper than the others, although you can pay an extra £10 if you buy through Tesco!! A good multi-tool,
Thus arrived in a day or two, came in a case, with accessories. Bit of a novice, but I bought it to sand gloss, remove part of wallpaper from walls, or to help with decorating. Really handy Versatile Tool
I bought this primarily to tackle a job replacing a floor tile without damaging the rest of the floor. Sincce then it's proved really valuable for things like trimming skirting boards and repairing damaged palster boarding. Multi tool
I bought this just to make life easier on one job. Not having use a multi tool before I didn't expect much from it but how wrong I was its my favourite tool I bought in a long long time and it does so many different jobs with the tools provided you can do everything from Sanding to cutting wood metal plastic and even perfect for cutting tiles or even removing grout in seconds. Cut holes in my ceiling!
It is awkward to cut pieces of ceiling plasterboard to route new lighting called! This multi tool with its oscillating saw and dust collection, cut small sections of plasterboard out to allow me drill the joists and run the new cable. Quick and no mess, so I was well pleased!
