Really grateful I was able to activate this and use it on the Rogers LTE Network in Canada. MiFi 7000 will not stay connected
ONLY CHOOSE 2 STAR BECAUSE SYSTEM FORCED ME TO !!! when originally arrived would cucle off/ cut out randomly once/day. now/currently only stays on minutes at a time.currently in 3rd recycle while filling out this review .. totally useless. it's my only access/contact with outside..Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

it works great. the one I picked up was carrier unlocked, but had the Bell APN settings loaded. Just be sure to check and add the correct APN settings for your carrier, and then enjoy. MiFi 7000 seems to work pretty well.
While it took some doing, with getting the device properly connected to my 3rd-party service provider, the MiFi 7000 hot spot seems to lock onto 4G/LTE service more consistently than my earlier device. Great device, we use for camping.
We like to camp a lot and living in Alaska sometimes it gives us a unfair share of rainy days, wildfire smoke and monster size mosquitoes or bothersome noseeums. As much as the kids like to fish, explore the beach for shells and agates, create driftwood structures, walk through the woods on treasure hunts and play games, sometimes we like to just sit and watch a good movie or hook up the switch. We got a plan through our local Internet company and just plugged in the SIM card. We get the same reception as our phones. It meets our families needs.
