Exactly as reviewed by other users.

I took on board the reviews that I had read and indeed the wood wasps eating my garden railway sleepers were eradicated after a couple of intense sprays. Also as read, the bottle spray was not easy to get into spaces and I too needed to buy a small bell puffer with a long neck to get into the cracks. It’s been two weeks so far and no signs of sawdust on the ground. I bought two 300 gm bottles and have only used one. If it had come with a puffer and tube I would have given this product 5 stars!

  • Most critical review

Good killer but needs better container and explanation

Confusing information about how top is supposed to be clipped-off. Top cap needs to be screwed on in order that the underneath cap does not come-off when used and to do this one needs to clip both top and bottom cap which then makes it difficult to get thick-end of top black cap into holes. I originally unscrewed top cap and then when squeezed to puff powder out, the powder contents pushed-out underneath cap and went everywhere. Needs a much better design and explanation of how container should work. Other than that, when eventually used (with clipped-off black top cap retaining clipped-off inner cap, it killed the wasps.

  • Powder works but watch out for the loose nozzle

As a number of other reviewers have said, the powder is good but the container is a bit rubbish. First thing you need to do after taking the cap off is to wrap gaffer tape around the nozzle to stop it falling off. Then, if the entrance to the wasp nest is a bit inaccessible, as mine was, attach a short length of polythene tube to the nozzle (too long and it won't squirt). Having sorted that out, I was able to puff liberal quantities of powder around the entrance to the nest and it seems to have done the trick, unlike sprays and foams that I had tried previously.

  • Rubbish application bottle

I reviewed this product before purchasing so was well aware of the packaging, nozzle problem The product itself is effective but yes same as reviewers on amazon the application bottle is totally useless as the nozzle falls out of the bottle when you are trying to apply product. As the other reviewers have stated , this is not great particularly when wasps are trying to defend the nest you are trying to destroy This packaging really needs looking at , as is not fit for purpose The powder inside does work

  • Needs some improvisation to use, but worked in one application

Worked in just one application: no more wasps in my rafter space. But a bit difficult to "puff" the material upwards into the hole between the slates that the wasps were using. Solved this by taping a bendy straw to the tip of the nozzle.

  • Not fit for purpose

The nozzle flew out of the neck of the body of the container on first use, spilling half the contents. The base of the nozzle does not fit tightly in the neck. Tape the base of the nozzle to the container neck before using. Also, don't both buying it you need to 'puff' upwards - it won't work!

  • dispenser is rubbish

bought this after reading into several products thinking I had made the correct choice, this proved not to be the case the pesticide may well be very good for all I know however trying to get it to blow out of the dispenser proved to be almost impossible hence I was not able to kill any wasp infestation so I had to bring the services of a professional pest controller into the problem wasps now gone

  • not the best

I had to tape the nozzle on as it kept coming off. The powder is too coarse and doesn't stick to surfaces very well and doesn't seem to get carried into the nest as much as the rentokill powder i was previously using. this is half the price of the rentokill stuff but I won't be buying again.

  • Ok product

Killed wasps but had to apply with spatula. The top pops off when try a put the powder in. It won’t apply powder from an upwards position.

  • Seems to have worked

Bought this as recommended by the makers as the nest was concealed behind a soffit board. Had tried using the foam spray which didn't work as it couldn't saturate the whole nest. Attached a plastic straw to lengthen the nozzle as recommended on another reviewer which really helped. After a couple of treatments done at night there was no more evidence of wasps coming and going.
