Just like new
It looks exactly like a new product: perfect plastics and correct packaging. Works as expected, powerful suction but short battery life. I've re-purposed an extension tube and carpet cleaning head from another vac to increase its versatility. And I bought a wall-mount charging station for it to improve convenience. Disappointed
So I bought this to replace a DC35 however Dyson have made a tiny (and I mean tiny) change to the design of the power connection so I cannot use my old attachments with this device, very annoyed about this and it’s clearly been for more profit rather than thinking of loyal customers and continuity of this handheld product! So now I own a product which cannot be used with the longer floor/motorised wand and only on hands and knees with the basic attachments, this is extremely annoying. In addition to this they have changed the filter/vacuum area with a fine mesh so it clogs up really quickly and when you release the catch to empty the chamber only a small amount falls out, you need to dig around to remove the bulk of the crud which is vacuums up, again not a good design.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished

We already own one of these at our main residence, and it is SO handy, SO powerful and SO convenient that I can just give the kitchen a quick once over to keep on top of it throughout the course of the day. Clearly this was a MUST BUY when it came to our new holiday home. The key is to have these on permanent charge so that they are ready to use at the drop of a crumb. My new best friend! I was beginning to feel like Miss Haversham ( Great Expectations) with cobwebs everywhere at this time of the year but this little machine is zapping the lot. Good for the conservatory with messy plant remains. Stairs and staircase pannelling now nicely dusted, even the Aga has had a clean up. I can cope with shortage of power. Decent Dyson
This is the perfect device for clearing up small areas, it's portable with good suction and the bin is particularly easy to use to discard the waste. My only criticism is that the battery only allows for limited usuage before it requires recharging but this is fine for my intermittent usuage.
