Easier than you think
We have this installed in a 1930 Model A with a 12 VDC Neg ground system. Used only the shock sensor. Works exceedingly well: Adjusts very finely to set for your conditions. One wire to 12 volts continuous; one wire to siren; one wire to ignition on switch. Program the fobs. That's it. Obviously much more to it for modern cars, but for a vintage collector car this is extremely good protection. Working fine in a 69.
Installed in a 69 Firebird and working well. Directions need a little updating. In item #4 it refers to a brown wire. The brown wire is for the door ajar wire not the siren. 4. WHITE/BLACK – Siren Output (+) The WHITE/BLACK wire supplies 12-Volt (+) to power the siren. After mounting the siren, connect its BLACK wire to a reliable ground source, and connect the BROWN wire to the siren’s RED wire. the relay wiring also does not not specify a you need a wire hot during key on and key start positions. they only say you need an ignition wire.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
