Great cleaning product which is easy to use. Fantastic on hard floors however while not heavy, it is not lightweight especially when using it as a hand held cleaner. Great bit of kit!
It kicks out a lot of steam when cleaning the floors, easy to use and great to get into awkward places. A bit less steam for the hand held part at first until you get the hang of it, its just need slightly longer to build the steam up.
