I borrowed one from a friend and was so impressed, I decided to get my own This is so easy to use, no chemicals and amazing results. I love it. It is a refurbished one but it came in all the original packaging and has a guarantee. It’s as brand new. It’s very easy to fit together and comes with an assortment of attachments so you can clean lots more than just floors. Absolutely fantastic value for money.

Great cleaning product which is easy to use. Fantastic on hard floors however while not heavy, it is not lightweight especially when using it as a hand held cleaner. The accessories for the detachable hand held steam cleaner are good and it cleans everything really well. Very happy with my purchase.

It kicks out a lot of steam when cleaning the floors, easy to use and great to get into awkward places. A bit less steam for the hand held part at first until you get the hang of it, its just need slightly longer to build the steam up. I did most of my bathroom yesterday in 30 mins and without a single spray of any chemical. I am impressed.

I am a great fan of Shark vacuum cleaners. It on was that basis I bought the Shark steam mop. I was aware of the negatives, but I did n't realise how much until I got it. This steam mop is annoying to use. It is too big, compared to my previous simple steam mop. This is an issue if you have a small kitchen. I was aware the steam mop won't stand straight, so I had planned to lean it against something. However, the grey rectangular plastic which sits on the floor, takes up too much floor place. So I had to detach it from the main steam mop for storage. I prefer my previous no-drama triangle head steam mop. It does have a handheld steam cleaning thing. It may be useful in some situations, it did n't do very much for my glass electric hob or oven. The product is a bit unwieldy, this may be fine if you are a bloke, but my woman wont' use such complicated things. She prefers things which are light to use. So it is down to me to clean the kitchen floor all the time, this is unfair.... It comes with lots of accessories, now I have to find a safe place to store them. If you live in a hard water area, you may benefit from descaled water. The steam on this one goes directly onto the tiles, rather via the steam mop. Also, those Shark mop heads are very expensive, so I suspect, I will be doing a pre-clean with a sponge, so as to extend the lifespan of the steam cloth. If you have a big house, with big space and don't mind a bit of a challenge, then you will be fine. Read full review
