Bought this to help dry laundry in a cost effective way. It arrived really quickly, sooner than expected. Really easy to use. I have a portable rotary line for indoor or outdoor use. I set this up late evening in the kitchen with the dehumidifier going all night. Dry clothes by morning. Costs 11.5p an hour to run at current UK prices. Highly Recommended. And it’s quiet to run even without the silent function switched on. I also use it when cooking as I don’t have an extractor fan.

Got one of these just under a month ago as the dampness in my flat was starting to affect my health. Long story short, after running it 24 hours in a closed room the difference was noticable. No damp air, condensation etc.. all gone. Rooms even feel warmer. Have taken well over 20 litres out of the air and have started feeling better. Seems accurate for humidity according to my hygrometer and its just under 1 unit per hour to run ( about 0.16p ) . All in all a great buy ( paid £95 for it on sale ) well worth it. 5⭐

First of all I am happy with this unit, I probably wouldn't have brought it if I'd have known the fan doesn't shut off at all but it is very effective at drying clothes when placed near to the drying rack. It is definitely louder than the ebac2600e that it replaced (it's 55db on full and 50db on "quiet") but I'm happy with how effective it is for the cost and running cost is comparable to the ebac

Works efficiently in small room as required

Works very well considering it’s size but only fault is it’s not the quietest on the market
