    Great Resource for Belgian Trappist and Abbey beer. Gives good details about process and ingredients as well as a concise history. Not exactly a page-turner for the those not interested in the subject matter, but if you are interested in beer and brewing, this is a must-have for your collection!

    The title says it all. Monks are historically some of the best brewers in the world, so why not try to emulate them.
