Lay-Z-Spa St Moritz: error code E02, Fixed
First set up of the year and the egg on my Lay-Z-Spa St Moritz give error code E02 (was working fine at the end of last season). Googles the code and the impeller seems to be a common culprit for this fault (I checked for blockages and the flow sensor as well). Replaced the impeller and all works perfectly. The old impeller had no obvious signs of damage or degradation. Needed a long Philips screwdriver to remove the pump as it was buried deep in the egg with limited access - i suppose i could have figured a way to remove the screw with poor access, but the long shaft screwdriver just made things a lot easier.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Adequate but not OEM specification
This kit is ok if you are on a tight budget, "it'll do" but it's not actually OEM equivalent or specification. Some of the supplied seals are thicker than the originals, making it hard to get the pipes reattached to the pump. The impeller itself is again different, and I would say is not actually intended for this pump originally. The actual blades are not as deep, meaning that in use, there will be a small gap above and below the blade for water to pass, which will result in a slightly slower flow rate. In practice, this will not be hugely noticeable and will work, it's just not going to be as good as an OEM spec part. All in all, this kit appears to have been made up from various parts that are similar enough to the originals to pass as a cheap alternative that will just about do the job for most people.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
