There is lots of solid evidence in the book about the benefits of the diet and testimony from.various people who had used the diet. I was not sure about the more American style of writing which to me seems like it's " the next best thing". However there is so much evidence around about the benefits of a plant based diet it is hard to argue against. I am vegan and for me this took things up a level to eating much more greens. I have even planted my own windowsill lettuce tray.
