Wonderful Bargain
I couldn’t afford to purchase my grandchildren new computers, they have been struggling on very old computers which took ages to work. So I went to Curry’s refurbished section. And I brought 2 brand new computers, the only fault was the boxes had been damaged in transit. The computers came in brown safety boxes, in unused, perfect condition, and at a great reduction. What a result, Happy grandmother, Very Happy Grandchildren. I do not know the ins and out of computers, but I do know happy children, who don’t worry over a brown box. Good with limitations.
If you want a no frills laptop this could be ok for you, it's modern in looks and has good battery life. You are restricted in where you can download apps from in the 10S mode but you can opt out of this very easily. For me the downside is the screen, it gives a very washed out colour and although this is ok in lesser lit areas if you were in a bright room or outside this could be a real problem, I haven't displayed through a monitor or tv but this would I believe give better colour.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
