Can't fault it!
Great rack if your frame has no fixing points. Easy to set up onto the seatpost, doesn't move about and holds the bag securely. The side rails are a great extra as they secure the fold out panniers in place perfectly. I've got mine on a full suspension bike that I use for everything. I lock the rear shock out when commuting and remove the rack on the occasions when I go real mountain biking! Typically excellent quality as all Topeak products are......I don't waste my money trying to buy the cheapest stuff.
