Lumbered support backing and cool cheeks! Hope I do not fall asleep at the wheel.....
It has worked for me as my car does not have lumbar support. It does need some slight adjustment each time as I cannot use the seat pad fixing straps [too short]. Time will tell if the air space created by the bamboo seat pan will have a cooling affect!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Not just uncomfortable but unbearable!
This item was purchased as it was described as though it would help cool my back when in my car. As it sits completely flush to the seat it provides no cooling benefit at all. Worse than this it reduces the support you get when using it. The item is not only uncomfortable it is straight up unbearable! The amount of discomfort my lower back was in was shocking. Slight modification but i am happy with the product.

Not a very comfortable product
The Lumbar Support sticks into your rather than supporting it. I have a spinal injury so i may have had higher expectations however my partner, without back injury or pain, tried it and found it to be uncomfortable too. Is what it is!
Defo worth buying, I’m a van driver and this had reduced my back pain a lot! For the sake of a tenner or whatever this costs it’s a no brainier tbh. I ordered it on a day I was in a lot of pain and couldn’t wait to get home, I wanted fast delivery so picked this one... did the job well enough for me I’ve done a few 10+hour shifts since and now that I’m used to the position this puts me in, I have to say I’ve had much less problems. I’m glad I didn’t wait! There might be better ones out there but u my as well try this first. By the way I am tall and skinny and drive a small van, the back pain was because the seat doesn’t support my back but this curves around sideways and holds the lumbar quite well.
