Confused
I have given poor marks because I do not understand what is happening. I have always used the Tetra pond ph test 7 drops to 5ml of pond water and found them to be very good. I tested the water just now and the reading was 9. I also have the Tetra 6-in-1 test strips, which I have also just used and the ph reading was 6.5. I have used both these Tetra products over a lengthy period of time but I would very much like to know which is the correct reading. I would have thought they should both show the same result and with the results being so different I really do not know how to treat the pond.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Waste of time and money
Seller is great but the product is horrific, you are better off using the tetra drops test as it is very accurate compared to this strip test, thank stars i had some drops left in the old test kit as this almost cost my Koi their lives. These strips are incredibly easy to use and are just the thing for garden pond owners to keep a weather eye on the water quality. Good easy to read
Bought these to use on our pond to see if we were keeping our water in good condition. We found all readings to be good. The key is on the side of the tube so you can match colours to it. Invaluable kit for ponds
The Tetra test strips give a good idea of how healthy, or not, your pond water might be. I also use the strips to check additive water from differing sources such as tap & barrel water & it gives consistently good results. I use the strips to check other ponds that I maintain so I am happy that Tetra provide an excellent product.
