DIM works by balancing estrogen levels in the body — increasing estrogen activity when its too low, and turning it down when its too high. This hormone regulates everything from skin and muscle function to mood.
I stopped taking DIMs because I thought I didn’t need it anymore and then I realised I did. It was working really well managing menopausal symptoms, especially (for me) tummy fat and lower mood. I wondered what was going on when my tummy got bigger and bigger…and I was feeling low some mornings. I’m healthy and exercise and was getting frustrated and then I remembered good old friend DIMs. Tummy is starting to go down and I feel better.
