About 38years ago my mother in law who was anglo indian taught me how to make curry for her son...she always told me pataks was the best as sharwoods too spicy and difficult to get the amount right. none of my local supermarkets stock vindaloo they do stock all other pataks pastes but not vindaloo. Its best tasting curry in my opinion.
