This is good stuff!
High quality Vitamin C! This stuff is recommended as your first line of defence against COVID-19, and should be taken regularly, with more taken if you suspect that you have contracted the virus... I'm not sure of the exact quantities but some say that you should take 1gram (1000mg) per decade of your life, per day... So if you're 40 then 4 grams, 60 then 6 grams anmd 80 then 8 grams... per day... Another approach is to increase the dosage slowly and steadily until you find your limit (you'll know when... Thats what all that toilet paper is for) and that is the optimum amount to take... But do your research... There is no known toxic level of Vitamin C and the body doesn't store it for very long, plus uses more when under stress...
