Ugg this thing is a waste of money
If you HAVE TO then this is for you, otherwise pass on this. This not only requires a "unlimited" plan but a 2nd line charge to activate with Verizon!!! For that total extra $ a month for those 2 items - just get a 5g phone. Lets not forget to mention that this thing is HUGE and weighs a TON. This is not a pocket phone at the point its connected to the Moto. Uggg. Nothing out there is telling the truth on this whole deal. The only way this makes sense is if you are at a mobile location and only have cell and need the speed and never move from the location and the desk this paper weight is sitting on. ALSO there are NO cases for this monstrosity when its together, SO don't drop it........... waste of money for the average consumer, and I wish I knew this prior to buying this paperweight. May not work on a Verizon Prepaid Plan
Check with your carrier as it may not work with a prepaid plan. Verizon will deactivate your phone and activate the 5G mod instead. If you don't have the 5G mod in place to use another mod, the phone will no longer dial out or receive calls. Others have been able to have Verizon assign a dummy phone number to the 5G and then activate both. I was not able to have this done. If you have a family shared prepaid plan, Verizon requires the account to be separated and reset the phone back to the initial factory settings.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
