Good shaver, but why are replacement blades SO expensive?
This is the second such shaver I have bought. My first one is still working OK but they advise that the cutting blades should be replaced every two years. When I tried to get a new set of blades they are far more expensive than getting a new shaver! Unbelievable! So it was cheaper to get a new shaver! Since using this model of shaver instead of wet shaving I have not cut myself, which used to happen daily because of taking blood thinners for medical reasons. Inexpensive and efficient 2 head shaver
I'm pleased with this little shaver. It does a good job and because of its size it seems easier to shave under the jaw plus you can use it anywhere of course. Great Little Shaver
Nice little shaver from Philips . I had my last one for 25 yrs and it's still going strong . Thought I would get a new one just in case my old one packs up and I'm left without one . Comes in a zipped body hugging case , cleaning brush and 2x AA batteries .it looks and feels good quality and gives a close shave No messing around with chargers just keep a couple of spare batteries with you and your good to go . The shaver I was looking for
What I wanted was a shaver to fit in my backpack, run on AA or AAA batteries and give an acceptable shave. This one does it all, and more. It came with a case that fits the shaver very snuggly and will protect it from travel damage. If careful you can just get the cleaning brush (supplied) inside the case. One criticism is that perhaps room in the case for a spare set of batteries would have been nice but meh. Build quality was as expected of Phillips (good) and the shaver is quite quiet in use. It is however a bit slick in the hand and tries to escape from the case too, so dropping it is almost inevitable. Overall pretty pleased with it, go buy one.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
