Another great workout from Davina
As expected, this is another brilliant workout DVD from the lovely Davina. She always makes it fun whilst putting you through your paces. They only reason I didn't give this 5 stars was because there was not as much use of weights as in her previous workouts with Jackie and Mark, and I missed that aspect. Apart from that, a great purchase.

Very tough and you need some prior knowledge of the exercises - not for the novice, but once you get used to the speed its good for those who are short of time.
