Good Vacuum
It would have been 5* unfortunately the pet brush is useless, it has a plastic roller that just doesn't work. That said I would buy it again as the vacuum itself is brilliant, for the money you can't go wrong, it's well built powerful, and as it uses a bag for collection, no looking at loads of dogs hairs in a clear plastic container you have to keep washing. Get the manufacturer to change the pet brush roller from plastic to a brush, it would be an easy 5*.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

very good
very good value for money. very strong suction even with alot in the dust bag. the suction can be too strong but on the handle it can be turned down for easier rolling. very long cable, 4 bedroom upstairs can be done on one plug. same down stairs. washable filters. takes a long time to fill a dust bag, fill indicator to show when to change and how full it is. i estemate 3 to 4 years on these 12 bags as i only vacuum once a week on average. 3 year warrenty. or 2 without registering. easy lift off for main body to do stairs or car is a great idea. easy release of handle and pipe makes it easy to reach hard to get too places. brush roller is auto on off but has a switch to so ideal on shaggy rug. its a heavy hoover but not when carrying lift off body. no need to keep emptying buck bit like bagless type that fill up too quick, the bag holds alot. 1 month of one a week somethimes twice aweek full house hoover up and bag light still on lowest so should do a few months more on fist bag. recommended, very happy for the fifty pounds price take.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Excellent value with great 'Lift'
Overall it represents excellent value for money with the ability to remove the main section from the rest of the body, makes it ideal for the stairs and hard-to-get-to places. The reason for 4/5 stars is due solely to pet hair attachment. It's really good at removing the pet hairs - until you do the stairs (pet hairs DO get everywhere). Any little bit of grit picked up will cause it to jam completely. You then have to quickly switch off, remove the pet brush, clear the blockage - which CAN prove difficult, replace the pet brush and continue. This CAN and HAS 3 or 4 times in one session of cleaning the stairs. The ONLY remedy (now found) is that a manual hand brush of the stairs PRIOR to using the pet brush is required.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
