A ripper film to watch
It has been years since I first saw Dr No, and it's much better in subsequent views. Great story, great actors, and beautiful scenery so it's evident how Bond, James Bond became so popular and Sean, Sean Connery became a great actor.

The beginning of (cinematic) Bond
James Bond before the gadgets, opening action sequence and even before the Aston Martin. It's fascinating to see the cinematic starting point of this franchise as well as a snapshot of 1962 Jamaica. This Blu-Ray looks great on the big screen - thanks to a thorough but sympathetic restoration. The special features including an in-depth docu about the making of the movie is almost worth the price of the movie.
