Pasta Penne needs a sauce but be careful of carbs in any
When first out of the box you need to wash thoroughly as their is bit of smell. Now it's important what sauce you put with these as it definitely needs it. Quite often I use cheddar cheese and single cream, or skinny food co sauces.
