I have these brushes in all my toilets/en-suites and wouldn't use anything else. They look nice, are good quality, with removable plastic liners and the brushes are black... so don't look unsightly. The brushes can be replaced after a period of time, but to be honest they last ages, unlike normal white brushes. Yes they cost a lot more, but stand the test of time and don't go rusty if looked after. Highly recommended.
