Great Book
I am starting to learn keyboard from scratch and have put myself totally in the hands of the book. It starts from the very very basics and builds you up piece by piece. The book progresses in finite stages composed of a little music theory, some Chords to learn and then songs to practice on. The process then repeats with new theory, new Chords and more complex songs. The proposed songs with which to practise the new Chords are very well thought out. The first song for the new set of chords requiring a simple Chord change to get you going. The next song is comparatively similar in complexity to the first but focuses on more complex changes for the Chord. I have only spent a handful of sessions with the book and and delighted with my progress. When looking at the notes and Chords I thought there was no way I would be able to co-ordinate all that information in time and form a song. But practicing in the way the book suggests and consolidating the lessons piece by piece I find I can perfectly playing what only half an hour ago I thought would not be possible. If you are like me and have no experience with playing keyboards I highly recommend this book as the tool to at least get you started.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
