Life changing
the content of the book can be difficult to comprehend, on it's own, however I use it along side the you tube videos of Carol Howe. The lessons sever a greater purpose and that is to detach from your ego, that voice within your mind that prevents you from moving forward. You do one lesson a day and there are 365 , one for each day of the year. you spend a couple of minutes a few times during the day dedicating that time to practicing your lesson. Trusting the process,and not trying to figure anything out or trying to understand any of it.
