Pros: Quick delivery, looked brand new, super easy to operate - solid item. Have made normal and gluten free pasta successfully. Personally the Pappardelle/tagliatelle shaping discs extrude a thicker pasta than I prefer, so I will continue to use my much loved Marcato Atlas 150 machine for that. I do not like is the measuring beaker, very difficult to read markings as they are clear like the beaker. The beaker is also very narrow so am using a normal measuring jug and digital scales to measure the liquids. There are a few things to clean but easy if left to dry out first
