Cleared Fully Block DPF
I bought two cans to use on a fully blocked DPF Qashqai which could only drive when DPF sensor is unplugged. Though so noisy I managed to get it on my drive. Took front exhaust pipe out completely and poured solution. Allowed to soak overnight then used boiled water first to rinse it. Then followed by pressure cold water. Repeated same procedure with each can. Renewed exhaust sensor, changed oil & filter. Car is back to life. I’m loving it.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

This product is great at cleaning soot from you DPF. However, if your DPF is full of fine rust from you turbo/exhaust manifold, it will not remove this. In fact, in my case it blocked it up much worse than it was before. This is not a fault of the product but keep in mind it cannot work miracles.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Very good quality
Before I tried different chemicals adding to the diesel tank to get rid of the engine management red light. Usually it works only for very short distance like 10 to 20 miles. I used the Wynn's - Off Car DPF cleaner it is really good. After cleaning the DPF then fitted to the car within 3 miles the red light is gone. Now the car engine noise and mileage improved.

Clogged DPF
Hi all I took the DPF filter off the car as yourube illustrated. Followed previous video footage of how to and what to do is quite easy really ( self explanatory) really. Let it soak over night then flushed through with water. Refitted exhaust to car, engine Management light was still on dash. I then took the car to my local garage to remove the Management light. In total cost including garage bill to remove Management light was £25 for DLF cleaner £75 for garage labour for M light Total cost was £100. Rather than £500 to a garage for the same thing £400 saving.

Strong but gentle.
Filter was removed from my wife Peugeot 3008/ 2011 plate. The DPF was full engine light also was on. I fallowed the instructions and after 2 hours tones of dirt come out. This fluid does a hard job but gentle with the material. Before reinstalling leave it for 2-3 days to dry because the water will start to boil inside the filter. That means cooler temperature warning light will comes on your dashboard and can make things worse. That’s why you have to make it dry before put it back! Oven and heat gun can help. Best and cheapest way to clear out a diesel engine choked with oily soot.
I used this to clean out the whole fuel system in my Skoda fitted with a 2.0L diesel after the whole lot became choked with oily soot. I did this by following a posted video on you tube by spraying it into the engines air intake system with the engine running .I was very apprehensive about doing this ,but it worked like a dream.This took about half an hour and I did this about eight months ago and have no problems since and the car passed its mot in November easily.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Very good but needs some determination to dry thje dPF after use.
Works well but it is important to be aware that having washed out the product with running warm water it is almost impossible to dry the filter element using warm air or anything else before re-mounting the unit. So, having remounted the unit, the engine management system will almost certainly show that the filter is still clogged. But, drive for 10-15 miles (probably in 'limp' mode) and this will clear and dry the filter. Then clear the fault indication and all should be well!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Worth a try
If you have DPF issues and are able to get the DPF off the car then this stuff is worth a go. I soaked the DPF overnight and it seemed to get out quite a lot of gunk. I then flushed through with both water and air. did not work
before i used this wynns i had flushed the the dpf out with hot water i allso used costic soda left it in soak for 6 days this got a lot of soot out i then jet washed it this should have been a easy task for wynns i let it soak for over 8 hours blocked the holes poored it in when come to fush it hardly any soot came out i thought it must be clear refited it to van took for run dynostics say dpf blockedVerified purchase: YesCondition: New
