A historic snapshot
Essentially a list of UK churches with intact bell towers (plus a few overseas), giving detail on the number of bells, pitch and weight of the tenor, along with information on practise times which might be useful for visiting guest ringers. The book was regularly revised and updated in the pre-digital era, and my copy is the 9th edition from the year 2000, accompanied by two loose sheets of errata. The original author Ronald H Dove (1906-2001) published the first edition in 1950. I understand the current material is accessible online behind a paywall.
