First time user of a steam mop
Friends use them, family members use them, been thinking of trying one for a while and chose this one on a half price offer. Within 20 minutes of opening the box I'd put it together and cleaned conservatory and kitchen floors and was testing out the hand held function on granite worktops - absolutely marvelous! Steam flowed within seconds and the cleaning power was a joy to see. Went on to use it on a glass cooker hood (with a little lemon juice presprayed to loosen the dust and grease deposit and it flew through like lightening. Covers wash with laundry, filling the tank is easy. My only, very tiny, gripe is that the smaller cover is fiddly to get on.
