The best.
I was taught to buy the best I can afford. My Winsor and Newton brushes are the very best. The one I have always wanted is a number 7 in the 7 series. At this level of craftsmanship, they are totally unbeatable. Sable holds so much paint and lasts for years if taken care of. I've had brushes for over 35 years. I ordered my gold plated ferule, limited edition 7 series No 7 brush yesterday. They aren't cheap but even this level of sable is superior to any others I have tried.
