DecoArt Snow-Tex is a textured specialty paint that has a multitude of uses. The most popular use is for creating a real snow effect on seasonal crafts. Also great for creating pure white dimensional trims, beards and whiskers. For realistic dimensional effects of snow just apply with a brush, sponge or knife and let it dry. May be thinned with water for lighter application. Can be tinted by adding acrylic colours and used for everyday projects like stucco and terrain effects. Cleans up with soap and water and is non-toxic. This package contains a 118ml (4oz) jar of Snow-Tex. Conforms to ASTM D 4236. Made in the USA.

Nice effect
I make little wooden diaramas of villages at Christmas time. I use Snowtex on the bases and on the rooves of the little buildings and it looks super. It really gives the impression of a snowy, winters scene and adds to the cosy atmosphere. It is easy to use and it can be lightly painted white, but I don't think it necessary as it dries quite white anyway. You can apply it with a brush or palette knife. It dries hard and seems very durable. It can be used on quite large expanses or just for small details. A small pot goes quite a long way depending, of course, on how thickly or thinly you apply it. I would definitely recommend Snowtex. It's brilliant stuff and it looks great.

Deco art snow
Had seen it used on YouTube and had it on my watch list for months eventually bought it and I’m about to buy the bigger tub , it’s been great used it to decorate a jar for my brothers Christmas can’t believe how well it has turned out . I didn’t use it as snow but with a stencil as a brick wall and it worked out a treat. I’ve used it as snow on other projects for Christmas . My daughter has used it on some of her art work .
