Traditional and BEST
Regardless of shape and size.. the enamel steel dish transmits heat almost without delay (glass and earthenware do not) ensuring EVEN cooking and pefect pastry. No more soggy bottoms and burned tops. And... it cleans without scrubbing - even burned on butter, gravy etc just wipes of in hot water with a touch of washing up liquid... or just pop it in the machine. Just in case you're wondering - no connection with any manufacturer in any way apart from as a customer. Suoerb quality and absolutrely fit for purpose!!
