  • Injector replacement

Had to purchase 4 of these injectors for my Vivaro as the originals became faulty. They rotted and welded inside the engine after 49,000 miles. Had to pay hundreds of pounds to have them specially removed. I did everything myself minus the removal and saved a lot of money. Renault, Vauxhaul, Nissan should be ashamed of themselves as this Is due to a design fault on models up to 2014 and maybe beyond. It reminds me of the VW diesel fiasco. The injectors are sold by the bucket loads at excruciatingly high prices and there’s no avoiding replacements as the affected van models are ticking time bombs. It’s all down to a poor windscreen scuttle that overtime let’s water cascade on top of the engine and rot the injectors. You need to remove the scuttle tray, clean off the old perished seal and then reseal using a suitable sealant. Google it! You have been warned!
