Rubber casing could be better
I was a little dubious about the weatherproofing of this product having read other reviews. On receipt a flap on the rubber casing was slightly raised. Having applied some weight to the flap for a number of days it went almost flat but have just noticed it is raised again (see picture). It has recently stood up to heavy rain but wonder about snow and ice in the winter, hence 3* rating. The lock itself seems robust, has a lovely smooth action and is of better quality than similar cheaper locks.

Good quality padlock for the money
Padlock has seals to the shackles, a rubber like weather protective cover, even an opening cover at the bottom to the key lock, so it should last well. The shackles are a little longer than most locks of this size, so this may be an advantage in situations where the extra reach is required.
