Amazing value quality scope for land, sea and moon use!
Great scope, i have used this for viewing shooting targets at 100 yards, moon gazing and looking at ships and boats at sea. Useful zoom range although it does deteriorate at the highest magnification, generally due to a little lens flare if looking into the same direction as the sun is shining and also due to heat haze. This is not necessarily a scope problem as i had another scope years ago made by a well known camera manufacturer and that did the same. It is advertised as being Nitrogen filled and comes with an amazing padded case which can be retainted on the scope even when using it which is a nice touch. The scope comes with rubber lens caps which have captive rubber ties and hang below the optics when removed. Again a great well thought out design. The optical end (larger diameter) has a nifty pull out lens hood which is completely adjustable in length to accommodate lens shade as required. The focus is very smooth straight from the box and the tripod mount is solid. Overall a great scope and well recommended.

Superb value for money.
For the price, the sharpness and brightness of the image is very good up to near the highest magnification. Great for looking at objects in the night sky and wildlife watching. Focussing and zoom are precise and smooth. The field of view and eye relief are adequate but not so great. The scope deserves a more stable tripod than I possess as it is easy to nudge away from the subject whilst adjusting focus/zoom. The case is substantial and functional i.e. the scope can be used without removing it completely as it has velcro-fastening openings for the eyepiece, object lens and focus knob as well as for the tripod attachment point. If you want the best, you will need to pay an awful lot more.
