Neat for a gadget freak
I bought this simply to get on the bandwagon of smartwatch users. It's cool, feature filled, and easy to use. Battery is lasting me about 2 days with minimal usage and I find that great for a refurb product. I only wear it when on the move. If sitting down at work or the home, it's off. Great toy to pair with my Note 5 and has been working great. Love the fitness features to work with S-Health. My only qualm is that it's not compatible with Google Now, but I typically only use that feature when my phone is close by, so not a great loss. I wasn't all that impressed with the device. It's fine for receiving messages, but not that great for fitness. I had assumed the heart rate monitor was constant, however it only works if you are still, which isn't much help if you're working out. Aesthetically it's a nice looking watch, but I had expected more from it's functionality. I dropped it once within the first 2 weeks of having it and the LED behind the glass broke. The screen slowly started dimming until I couldn't read it anymore. Although it is my fault for dropping it, I would have thought it would have been more durable than to break the first time I dropped it. Replacing the screen costs fare more than buying another refurb. I think I may go with a Fitbit HR the next time I get a smartwatch.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Very quick shipping and great price! I bought one of these for myself and my wife liked it so much I had to get this one for her. Mine was on sale for $149 a few months ago but now they're over $200! Quick and easy setup, connects via Bluetooth on our Galaxy S5 phones, follow the instructions and you are ready to go! Overall set up and configuration takes all but 10 minutes or less. Make calls, send texts, make notes, keep track of fitness, so much more. Note that this only works with Samsung Galaxy devices (go to Samsung's website to view which ones). Great buy! Very pleased with this smartwatch, offered for a fraction of the retail price. Item received within estimated delivery date. Very slight wear (scratches) shown on metal part of wristband. Syncs perfectly with Galaxy Note 5. Text and phone calls work well. Pedometer and heart rate monitor appear to be pretty accurate. Samsung Galaxy gear 2 Neo
I really like my Samsung Galaxy gear 2 Neo. I can make and receive calls and texts without removing phone from my pocket. I don't use the other apps in the watch but I tried them and they work well. The battery last about 38 hours if I have the watch set to come on when I look at it and will go around 64 hours if I set to come on with the push of the button on the front. Neo dissappointing
I loved this watch for the first 40 days, then the pedometer quit working. The main reason I bought this was for the pedometer function coupled with a regular watch and now it does not record my steps for some reason. It is too late to return it. I will never buy Samsung again with the same gusto I had before this purchase. All of my other Samsung products have functioned perfectly in the past (S3, S5, S3 Note, etc.) Now I will really have to weight cost vs reliability history. I love the functionality of this watch! It's nice to get my notifications without having my phone in my hand! Even though it was referbished it is in excellent condition! I must say the size of it is definitely not very feminine, but I don't think I'd like it to be any smaller. Excellent smartwatch - great value!
I was very excited to buy my first smart watch and could not decide between this model vs. the Zen watch and boy am I glad I went with this model. I love the fact that I can make and receive calls from this watch, and the sound clarity is outstanding, even when driving my loud 4wd truck. My brother has the same watch and we talk to each other on then and rarely a notice a dip in sound quality. The second biggest thing I use this watch for is running. I downloaded the Endomondo app to this watch and I just choose the activity, i.e. running on the Endomondo app and pull it up on my smartwatch and away I go. I can leave my heavy Note 5 at home, and when I get home, my training info syncs automatically with my phone. With 4gb of memory, I downloaded a running music list and sync to my BT headphones and rock out on my run. I set up several text templates to use for quick responses and was thrilled when I realized I could respond to text messages via S Voice. Overall a great entry watch into the smart watch category and my buddy who bought the ZenWatch that more closely resembles an Apple Watch looks at my with envy as I use my watch to make and receive calls. I typically don't take my hand off the steering wheel when I am talking on my smart watch, greatly reducing the potential hazard of looking like like a tool while talking on my smart watch.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Much better than the original
I LOVE my Neo! I bought the Original Gear a couple years ago. I liked it, but it was heavy and snagged on a lot of things. Really bulky for a woman. But it served a purpose although it wasn't really practical. However, the very first thing that I noticed about the NEO was the weight. I kinda thought that they forgot to put the "guts" in it because the weight is VERY obviously different. But I charged it up, turned it on and it has been awesome. Email: I'm able to send and receive emails on my gear using S Voice feature. It's been really great being able to instantly reply to important emails and then having those emails so easily accessible. I don't have to fumble with my phone constantly and it's really a plus. Messaging: Text messaging is really easy with S Voice. You can't actually type a message, but that's ok. With the S Voice option, you don't have to worry about it. You can set up templates for other common responses. I like that I'm able to receive my text messages while I'm working on something and decide if I should stop what I'm doing to respond or if it can wait a little while. Photos: Mine doesn't have the camera option, but I have a gallery. I've read that you can use it by connecting a cable. But I kinda wish that you could port over photos by Bluetooth. I'm sure there is an app for that. but I've not yet discovered it. Internet: there is a browser that you can use on the gear. It's not the best, but for simple sites, it's great to port over a few news stories. :) Apps: There are several apps that you can download for your gear. Most I've downloaded and then removed because they didn't really seem helpful. I think maybe the OS is a still a little new for a lot of these apps so developers are pretty limited. Battery life: I am CONSTANTLY using my Gear Neo. My Samsung Galaxy S6 died before my watch did. (Although using my watch more did seem to prolong my S6 life) I put it on at 6am and took it off at 11pm. It still had 46% life left. My phone was at 15%. Distance: Not too fond of the 30ft distance. I move away from my desk often and although my office isn't very big, it'd be nice to have a little leeway on that. But it's ok considering everything else that it helps me with. Fitness: Keeping track of everything has been super easy. I'd like to find a way to connect it to Fitness Pal or something to keep better logs. I like the S Fitness but I log all my food and everything into Fitness Pal. Phone Calls: Speaker is LOUD AND CLEAR. Maybe too much. lol The people I've spoken to were able to hear me clearly and with no interferences. Overall. This watch is awesome. I got a great deal on it and I do feel that even had I paid a couple hundred dollars more for it, I'd still love this watch! GOOD BUYVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great Gadget
This is a great smart watch. I like that you can use voice commands, and not just control your phone media with the watch, but actually download songs to the watch.
