Motorola is still the best
Back when cell phones were not pocket computers, and had that classic clamshell appearance, you most likely owned a Motorola product. The quality of those phones became apparent the first time you manage to lose it, and run it over with your car looking for it. Only to pick it up and have it still working fine. Today, you might not be able to run over your Motorola cellphone, but they still have a great quality to them. The phone has a great size, perfect form factor to hold comfortably, and a rubberized battery cover that won't let the phone slip from you're grip. Battery life has yet to disappoint. It tends to last a whole day without needing a charge. That is even with wifi, Bluetooth, and brightness on max. The 8gb storage can fill up rather fast, and with no option to expand with a Micro SD, you might just want to login to Facebook and other apps through the browser to save space, instead of installing the apps. Camera takes great pictures for what you are paying. Flash isn't the brightest, so don't expect amazing night shots. All in all I would buy this phone again if given the option. Perfect for non-power user
As many reviewers have pointed out, this phones battery is probably the longest lasting cell phone battery...if you are not a power user. I mainly use my phone for texts, phone calls and maybe 2 hours of YouTube throughout the day. I do not play any games, so cannot speak to the performance or lack thereof. The camera does well in low light, but performs much better outside in daylight. I did notice that close up shots require a few takes. The auto focus keeps trying to take in the background and not the subject, in this case a spider on a web. Perhaps it was a challenging shot to begin with, but I am not a camera enthusiast, so I am only making an assumption. My only disappointment is that I should have gone with the 16 GB model. Even with minimal apps and and moving items to an SD Card, I only have 1GB of storage left on the internal storage.
