Great yeast for a quick brew.
Used this twice now, both times the brew is very drinkable. First time was with pure sugar and water, came out great bit like vodka. Second time used it with cartons of red grape juice and some sugar, was good too. Both times fermentation was over in about a 6-7 days, I left it a day or too so it cleared and I could pour off the good stuff. Time to brew does depend on how much sugar you want to ferment (less equals quicker). Great value, about half the price of the 24-48 turbo yeasts, so if you can wait a bit this is the one to go for, as it tastes better than 24-48.
