Very organized
The insulin pouch is very well made and laid out. There are compartments and elastic straps to hold everything in place. However, the website said it would keep insulin cold for up to 30 hours, it will not do that. We used ours on an overseas trip to Korea and I was having to get ice from the galley on the plane to keep the insulin cold. I would say to ice pack is good for maybe 8 hrs and only then if it is stored in a location that is cooler and out of contact with any direct heat source..Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Depends what you need
This item did not work satisfactory for a trip from San Diego to Kailui, Maui because it is not that well insulated nor is the freezer unit as effecient as other gel packs I have used. After 7 hours, the last hour in 87 deg F heat of Hawaii in suitcase of rental car, the medicine was just cool, not cold and the refrigerant the same. I had hoped for more cooling efficiency and would only recommend this pouch for short trips of two or three hours. So all my recommendations above would be "yes" for short time period, otherwise "no." It is well made and has convenient pockets.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Nice pouch.
Just what the doctor ordered. Holds up to 5 vials of insulin and there is plenty of room for extra supplies I especially like the ultra flat ice pack very nice design. Really doesn't do it
What is product constructions however the hard plastic "cooling block". Is a piece of junk and does not hold cooling for6 hours much less the claimed 30 hours. While rather large and bulky, it provides excellent protect for the interior. Just keep anything cool.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
