Great Coconut Milk or Cream Every Time

I NEVER make recommendations but ........
I have used this powder for some years, but it's difficult to find in supermarkets and then only in silly little packets. The product is exactly as I expected, not better, so I can't give it four stars even though it's perfect for my needs. The product is well familiar to me and does everything I want, so clearly I am not going to be amazed, so I can't give it five stars. I can however say the product is everything expected, in a quantity that makes sense, 1kg bags and at a very reasonable price. Great but short shelf life
This is the best coconut milk powder I've used and it's Sri Lankan. We use a lot so it's good to be able to buy this size. It was delivered fairly quickly too. My only gripe is that the use by date is Jan 19 (purchased very end of Sept 18) so very short. I'm assuming it must be old stock as this product usually has a much longer shelf life. So easy - no left overs.
