I have taken Florisene for many years now and find it adds volume to my thinning hair. At first I used another well known product which also worked to stop my hair falling out but when I compared the price of both, Florisene worked out much cheaper and after switching to this alone I have found that my finger nails are smooth and strong after years of them being brittle and badly ridged. If your ferritin level is low take these to raise it to a level good for hair growth ..a trichologist recommended these to me ..your doctors guidelines for levels of iron are not for good hair growth ..ask for a ferritin test then you want it to be 70 plus ..hope this helps anyone with this kind of hair loss ..heavy periods can be a cause and the correct food ..for iron ..good luck : )Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
