I like the upgrade!
This is the third time I’ve purchased this product. I first got it while still working as a Sheriffs Deputy for my personal vehicle, my Jeep Wrangler. Knowing the value of having a tight lap belt in keeping you planted in your seat during rough maneuvering, I sought the same security in my personal vehicle as I had in my police vehicles. This does the trick! Im retired now but it’s still with me and will be from now on. My problem over the years is that I wind up slamming my door on it till I manage to break it beyond my ability to repair it, then have to order another. They have made improvements over time, especially making the lever more heavy duty and rounded it nicely so it doesn’t poke me in the gut occasionally like they used to. It’s sturdier all around than the original and hopefully I won’t break this one. it usually takes quite a few door strikes to do it and I’m planning to be careful!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

CG-Lock Review.
I had one of the older versions of this in my Alfa Romeo and it worked beautifully. The driver feeling you get from being planted firmly in the seat is amazing. It really does help you to go faster into corners and have more road feel from the tyres. The quick release has improved it even more. If you don't want to spend the cash on a full harness and bucket seats this is definitely a great buy. As I'm keeping my car as standard this it great to securely fit to the seat belt bucket. Everything you need to fit the CG-Lock is in the kit, even the tool and screws are of extremely good quality, non of this Chinese christmas cracker rubbish you usually get in kits.
