Fault after fault after fault.
Started going wrong after 6 months. When back to Samsung repaired but not the same volume output. Kept getting quieter and quieter when back again. Samsung returned it. Same happens again along with excessive fan noise. Spoke to Samsung who suggested they thought there was nothing wrong. Eventually ran out of warranty despite the continuing fault Samsung and AO now didn’t want to know. Took the unit and left it on the doorstep of my near by Samsung centre with sarcastic thank you letter. Completely useless support. Waster of a lot of money but as both AO and Samsung had their money they no longer cared.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Almost, but not quite!
I was delighted to receive this item. I was surprised at how small, neat and lightweight it was. It took all of 30 seconds to get through initial set up and I really liked the interface. Simple navigation clearly marked. I logged into Amazon Prime and was watching stuff from my watchlist straight away. Then I had a problem - the machine seized up and I was left with a black screen after about an hour. I'm so disappointed that I've had to return it. Clearly I was unlucky but it happens.I'm going to get another one because I liked it so much. As I only had it an hour or so, I can't give a better review but I'm hoping next time lucky.
