A game-changing purchase
After months of suffering the sewer stink that comes from a stuck-open vent, we finally got around to replacing this doodad in our upstairs en-suite, a plumbing geegaw which has only one moving part that had stopped working. Well, this item arrived not a second too soon and fitted perfectly to the soil stack, allaying any concerns around a successful union. It pushes directly into the pipe, using flexible rubbery fins to provide an airtight seal. Odour was gone within minutes and it's fresh as a daisy once more in our en-suite. Seems to be fine for indoor use, I would recommend in a heartbeat!
