The thermometer construction is weak, flimsy, and fragile and not made of very robust plastic which isn't apparent from pictures I'd seen on-line. To reset the max & min fingers, u have to twiddle a little knob in the centre of the unit, which on the unit is had didn't function. The symbols on the dial are quite large and consequently don't give an accurate level of the temperature level. I suggest I'll be looking and buying a better thermometer pretty soon.

As a thermometer, it works. As a min-max thermometer, it doesn't. Unless last night really was 30 below and today really reached 60. Unlikely. This is the UK, not Death Valley.

Happy with my thermometer, seemed a bit flimsy but it does the job and easy to use and read.

If it sees too good to be true it probably is. These are not a good buy, but I couldn't be bothered to register a dsipute as the cost was so small !
