  • Excellent Flavouring Oil

I bought this oil for flavouring chocolate. It's extremely concentrated, and gives a strong, fresh flavour without affecting the texture. Mixes well into all oil/fat based foods. There's no dropper top, just a standard screw top lid. The best technique I've found for adding the oil is to dip a non-porous stick (like a plastic straw) into the oil, then stir into the food you want to flavour. Repeat as necessary until the desired flavour concentration is achieved. Don't try to pour from the jar. You'll end adding way too much to your food and probably wasting lots of oil by it running down the jar. The jar isn't designed for pouring. So far, I've used it to flavour chocolate, marzipan and milk (to make mint hot chocolate), all with great success.
