Guerande Celtic Sea Salt - Mineral Haven!
The abundance of health in these packets of salt are eye popping! We just add half a teaspoon to a liter of fresh water and it makes drinking a lot of water much more palletable. It makes the water wierdly seem smoother, it is the only way I can describe it. Instead of going to the shops and spending a spagillion pounds on strange lab made electrolite replacements, just grab half a teaspoon of Celtic Sea Salt, juice have a cucumber and a stick of celery and you have pure, clean, electrolite city in a glass! After doing a little reading around, we found information about how many minerals from the sea bed we don't even realise we could be benefitting from, minerals that have been washed away from the rocks and earth of the land into the sea to mix with all the sea dwelling goodness. Just natural, un processed good-stuff for the body. Plus, it tastes great sprinkled on food! All in all this stuff is the bomb and if you have never seen how it is produced look up Guérande on Google Images and see the salt farm . . . . it's wonderful! Off I now go as I have water to drink!
