a bit more help through menopause effects on appearance
I bought this product as I'm at that time of life where I'm going through the change & wanted something to improve my thinning hair & tired looking skin. I've only been using the product for approximately a month & only taking half the dose & already I've noticed that my nails are extremely strong, my hair is a little thicker & the condition of it is vastly improved. My hair is also stronger & not as brittle, with fewer split ends.
